i’m on reta rn and the half-life is 6-7 days but i usually just pin every 6 days, and you can start at 0.5mg and work your way up by .5mg a week when your body adjusts to it. there is no specific dose you just pin whatever you can tolerate. i pinned 1.5mg first injection and it was horrible for me, but some others may have been fine. just do whatever ur comfortable with

i bought from wwb. their cheap as shit and most of their stuff is not good quality but their peptides are fine. this was in april tho idk if their still good
