First of all, I’m sorry for my English. I’m tried my best to express myself as clearly as possible.
I’ve had perm braces since I was 15 till 17 because I had crooked teeth’s and an slight overbite.
When i got my braces removed I got retainers (see image)
The reason for the retainers is too keep my teeth’s straight.
I’m 18 now and was wondering if the retainers could stop my maxilla growth because they could kinda stop my palate to expand.
Idk what to do, wear them retainers and keep straight teeth or not wear them so my palate can maybe expand a little wider.
(I’m on high doses of AAS and 16ius of HGH btw)
