Tap water/water from plastic is bad yeah

It’s not about water being in everything. Plain water doesn’t hydrate at the cellular level: it dries and bloats because it’s not bound to nutrients.
Real hydration comes from raw foods and fresh juices. Tap water just adds chemicals and toxins, which is probably what the guy in the video was pointing at.

Stawman and no, nobody’s saying H2O changes formula. The difference lies in how it’s delivered.
In raw foods, water is bound to nutrients and enzymes, which actually makes it usable.

For plain water, however, this isn’t the case. It just sloshes through, bloats you, strips minerals, and leaves you drier.
That’s why food-based hydration works and tap water does not. If you can’t grasp that, idk what to tell you.

doesn't matter how it's ingested, it ends up in your stomach and is delivered to your cells the exact same way
