I see so many people asking how to grow taller.
They say hgh or whatever.
They don't understand if they are already last PHV(peak growth period) it's over for them, NO you don't have another random peak you don't.
If you pass that it's over boyo(unless you are the year after it you may gain 5 to 3cm depend but after that year nothing really)
So before asking tips just say "I am growing" even if little, your bone age is useless, are you growing or no?
