Biomaxx is a smart fella, but he himself admitted that these things alone wouldn't do much, and you'd have to stack it with specific things for it to theorhetically work (saying in theory as there's no observed results in practice)

To me it sounds like you read his thread, and took it at face value, without doing any extra research into it.

If you found a few studies confirming it, it'd make no sense for you not to link them in the discussion.

Obviously the hate thread was over the top, but during my time on her account the main objective was to create drama, and make tons of threads (since if I didn't it'd kinda be a waste of time on her account)
