Im sure many are in the same boat as me, and that boat is overthinking/ruminating.

Ever since ive started repeating to myself “just be retarded, just be retarded” my life quality has gotten so much better. You must remember no one can read your thoughts, they do not see what you are thinking in public, they only see the results. Thoughts are simply a catalyst to action. Retard maxxing indirectly leads to more results. Just be retarded.

No, if you tend to overthink your routine, lets say i need to go to the gym today, dont plan too much, just go do it without thinking too much because that takes away your energy and just be retarded
