i used to read studies (ive read 2000+ scientific papers in-depth) and it can be good if ur actually interested in the material, can expand ur ways of thinking, give u technical knowledge.

but these retards here dont even read the studies, they just look at some chart or conclusion of some cherry picked study. its pathetic.

i agree with ur notion studies are cope. experience > reading. and importantly think for urself. if u read studies u have to form ur own opinions based on 10s-100s of studies at least.
