When in reality they are malnourishing themselves further by restricting their obvious sugar cravings

Not only that but with carcinogenic chemicals 🤣

Its like replacing meat craving with cigarettes

you really said drinking a 0 sugar soda is like lighting up a cigarette to stop a meat craving? what kind of thinking is that? plus artificual sweetners arent as bad as you think.

no one is saying zero sugar drinks are healthy, but at least people are trying not to slam 60g of sugar every time they're thirsty. meanwhile you’re drinking monster like it's some superfood just cause it has ā€œreal sugar.ā€

and calling people malnourished for skipping sugar? wild take.

In a weight loss sense it’s better to drink the zero sugar than the full sugar drink. That much processed sugar at once is bad.

Yeah but unnatural quantities of sugar aren't great either. They can help with growth but it's not ideal. In nature you are in keto half the year because there are no berries

Processed sugar is the same as "natural" sugar

A natural sugar source like a fruit doesn’t have nearly as much as a can of coke though
Also there’s enzymes in fruit
