What I mean is when people cherry pick an example or find one that goes against something well established and go "yeah that disproves the theory". There are exceptions of course you have to look at things as statistics not as laws that are always true. It's like flipping a coin 4 times then predicting that you will 2 heads and 2 tails but then you get 4 tails then you say well that means there is a one hundred percent chance of landing tails.

Internal state and wellbeing aren’t the same thing. Your internal state is where your actions operate from. You can chose to operate from a state of gratitude in accordance to a higher power regardless of external circumstance.
