Myo-Inositol is a hormone regulation natural vitamine, However when given to rats they noticed thicker cartilage layer in the jaw, higher bone density in the mandibular area and just mandible growth in general.
Of course we arent rats so I searched why they responded like this and if humans could potentially respond the same
Myo-Inositol improves insulin signaling which activates a path way called p13k/akt
Which switches Sox9 on and ill let my good friend AI explain to you what that does
Step 1 — Sox9 activates chondrocytes
• Chondrocytes are cartilage cells
• Sox9 tells them to multiply and mature
• More chondrocytes = thicker cartilage layer
Step 2 — Collagen type 2 production
• Sox9 switches on the COL2A1 gene
• This produces collagen type 2
• Collagen is the scaffolding of new cartilage
Step 3 — Cartilage hypertrophy
• Chondrocytes swell and enlarge
• This physically pushes the jaw forward
• Like inflating a balloon inside the joint
Step 4 — Endochondral ossification
• Old cartilage gets replaced by real bone
• This permanently locks in the growth
• New bone = permanent jaw extension
So basically a longer, more forward jaw.
What makes this interesting the growth was only in the jaw and NOWHERE else.
same thing with rabbits, only lower jaw.
Obiviously there isnt proof enough here to say this works, however there is not reason not to try it cause it isnt harmful, on the contrary is good for you since it improves insulin sensitivity, reduces anxiety, helps with OCD, better sleep, less acne, stronger hair, balances hormones, supports egg quality in women, reduces inflammation, improves PCOS symptoms.
I’m gonna try this with 400mg a day and let yall know how it goes since I have very little to lose lose trying it
Ask me any questions and tell me your opinion
