Retatrutide has been a disaster. Started on 2mg the first week, had no effect, increased to 4mg per week for next 4 weeks until vial was done.
Maintained protein at 200-250g, no real control of calories (that’s the point of Reta), normal TRT steroid dose, continued lifting, etc etc. These measurements are two weeks after the final dose so all glycogen etc should be back.
Measurements:
Weight: 91.0kg to 85.2kg (1.2kg per week, not unusual)
BF%: 17% to 16% (LMAO)
Lean mass: 75kg to 71kg
Waist: 91cm to 88cm
Neck: 41cm to 39cm
Bicep: 38cm to 36cm
Thigh: 61cm to 59cm
Chest: 104cm to 101cm
Forearm: 32cm to 30cm
Resting heart rate: 60 to 85 (!!!)
If you are a hardgainer like me who is plateau’d for years and gets fat easily but finds it extremely difficult to build muscle then you are likely to get the same kind of results.
It’s essentially destroyed years worth of muscle growth and all my cardio capacity.
If you are a normie who just can’t put down the fork or lift a weight consistently then it will probably work well for you. But it’s not a miracle cure for people with shit genetics.
