i had work for 4 hours ish where i racked up 10k steps and didnt eat until 6pm, still didnt feel hunger

got home at 11pm and felt zero hunger, ate a couple eggs for extra protein

i would usually get home and eat SO FUCKING MUCH because of evening cravings but tonight i ate basically nothing
