Retatrutide Update (week 3)

Well, today marks three weeks of use.

Consensus? It works extremely well, almost too well. My face is already decently debloated and I swear my midsection is looking thinner. As far as appetite suppression goes its a little much, but insanely effective. If you dont care about keeping muscle or anything and want to just starve, take this shit.

I had to lower the dose from 2-->1mg because I literally couldnt eat more than like 800 calories a day. Even the thought of food was disgusting sometimes. I'd take one bite of a sandwich and have zero urge to eat the rest of it.

But the end of week 3 has been better, I think my body is getting used to it, yesterday I was able to have like two decently sized meals.

As far as sides go, I dont get nauseous from pinning, just a little bit of flushing and thats about it.

Yes, I normally am addicted to candy and stuff but even that was hard to eat and I never really felt the urge to binge, or if I did I’d buy a pack and have a few bites at most. If u take 2mg u will have 0 cravings

Hihihi im gonna be so fucking lean, my plan is 20k steps (easy since i walk to school, work and gym everyday), 1000 cals with high protein etc and 1-2mg reta. this will SAVE me

I’d recommend eating more cals if u can but yeah reta is literally a miracle drug. Even the weed munchies aren’t enough to take over the appetite suppression when I was on 2mg

Weekly, isn’t the half life only a week

It's about 5 days~, doing injections twice a week can help mitigate side effects but you just gotta figure out what works for you. A lot of hobby scientists on reddit are doing twice a week.
