guys, what is your weekly dosage?

i see every fucking sort of dosage, people injecting .5 weekly to fucking 8mg, i have read the studies were they start at 2mg for 4 weeks and then go up to 4mg for others 4 weeks

im conscious that the dose is different for everyone, but the dosage people use on THIS petpide is fucking crazy

im not fat or skinny, im “normal” trying to be lean AND build muscle, so i think that im going to inject about 1mg the first week and then 1.5mg every other week for a total of 7 weeks

what are you guys doing? are you micro dosing or savagely injecting 8mg weekly

You start at 2 and go up when needed

Im currently on 6mg, Just start at 2mg and up it every 4 weeks. The only reason people start at micro doses is to make sure they don’t get sick (Extremely unlikely). Retatrutide isn’t the strongest appetite suppressant either so I doubt you’ll notice that much of a difference on micro doses. Also the fat burning benefits only really start to kick in at 4mg.

i think i will do :
5 weeks : 2mg
4 weeks : 4mg
4 weeks : 6mg

this will be a total of 50mg in 13 weeks, if i want more results i will continue the cycle by getting up to 8mg but no more

why did you start at 3mg and not at 2mg like in studies and like most user’s recommandation?

so you did :
2 weeks : 3mg
4 weeks : 4mg
4 weeks : 5mg

how tall are you and what is body type? like skinny fat, muscular with fat ect…

I did exactly this. started at 3 mg directly. You can start with 2 mg if it’s too low, then just go up.


More on the Skinny Fat site. I was training, but I had to go into the military for four months, so I lost a lot of muscle.

how much is your calorie intake guys? i know its different for everybody, but i really can’t figure out how much people eat on reta

i will aim 2g of protein per kg to build or atleast maintain muscle and MAYBE 2g lf carbs per kg, i dont really know how much carbs and fat i should eat tho

I’ve started at 2mg but it didn’t seem to be doing much.
Week 2 on 4mg ive lost 4kg but clearly a lot is water weight as I’m noticeably dehydrated and very lethargic.

Will inject another 4mg I think.

do you aim a specific amount of cal (like 500cal below maintenance) or macros or do you eat randomly?

i planned on eating 2g of protein per kg but idk what to do for the rest

I am eating randomly (still maintaining protein of course) and binge drinking and I still lose weight.

Reta has been more effective in 2 weeks than the entire preceding month where I ate super clean, no drinking, and overall burned 30.000+ calories through exercise.

Almost wondering if I have some kind of diabetes at this point. My blood glucose says not but the effects of Reta are extreme on me, you are not meant to lose 4kg in 2 weeks on it.

Bro my diet is total shit and I barely eat, i always stay under 1000 calories
