just got my retatrutide. planning on doing 0.5mg for 4 weeks then moving to 1mg for 8 weeks. anyone got any tips or anything i should know?

0.5mg won't do anything substantial for appetite suppression.
I started with 1mg and then titrated up to 1.5 and ran that for 4 weeks.
I was on 2mg but I came off cause I'm on adderall
