Once a week or every 6 days is enough. (Microdosing it throughout the week is cope and gives you a worse effect than doing it all at once.

Start off at .5 then titrate up .5 every week till you find the minimum dose you need for good suppression

I use a pen so I wouldn't know.

And no you don't need anything else lol. Its simple as long as you have the actual peptide, bac, sterile equipment your good. Nothing else is needed.
