Retin A 0.1 %?

I just got prescribed this by a dermatologist

I have very mild acne, but they said this should work.
Should I start off with this?

0.1% is pretty rough tbh you will probably hate your life for a month

0.1 is high to start off so the initial irritation will be bad. Mine only lasted a 1-2 weeks though compared to other people which can last months.

If you don't mind that then its ok. Either way, even if you go for a lower concentration you will eventually need to go to 0.1.

Every night
Face wash —> retin a —> moisturizer

20 min wait between each step.
start every other day and slowly building to everyday. If you’re skin is too irritated then stop applying it until it’s better.

That's a high amount.. you should apply moisturizer first and let it sink in before tret to "buffer" it.

I use 0.05
