Retin a + Benzoyl Peroxide is a good combo for mild acne?

Lately i've been coping alot with alot of fucking milk intake. Literally half of my proteins i take are from drinking milk . i take like 300g protein a day thats 150g of protein worth of milk nigga.
I've been drink milk like a fucking young starving nigger literally

So... the results? fucking pimples on my face,nose,dick everywhere

I just stole sum retin-a from my sister(she browse here too) but i feel this isnt fucking enough for my problem
