Retin-A Source in Europe

Looked through some old threads but only found one that got taken down. I have someone from org whos willing to sell me some but i just want to have a second option etc.
And btw is Retin-A acctually better than Ketrel or is it the same? I‘ve heard some people say that Retin-A is easier on the skin while having the same effect but my source from org says its the same and doesnt matter.
Is that true, whats your opinion/experiences?

Im getting tretinoin creme thats why i said Retin-A and not Isotretinoin (Accutane) which you would take orally, and i‘ve never heard anyone saying you should inject it lol and i dont think i would ever inject something just to get clear skin sounds kinda weird tbh
