It depends on your current skin quality, mixed with your sensitivity. It's best to start low to adjust first then bump up from there if you don't see necessary improvement on your goal. But if you know from using other skincare products your skin is relatively strong against chemical exfoliators you can start at your goal concentration.

So basically
Sensitive skin? Low concentration to start and build up to your goal dosage
Only combating wrinkles and seeking collagen youth glow? Low concentration goal, or possibly any generic retinol product if also sensitive
Light acne, relatively smooth skin / minor discoloration? Medium concentration goal
Heavy acne or Scarring? High concentration goal

start with 0.025% then if u don't get any side effects move up to 0.05% after that 0.1%

depends on reason for use.

Acne. Just got full attack and ugly peel on 0.1% from the get go.

below 40, for anit-aging: start with 0.025%
after 40.for anti aging: start with 0.05%. For anti aging, I would not go above 0.05% before 50.

10% no balls

basically. minimizing side effects risks. Depends also on how sensitive skin is.

Most studies of tretinoin for anti-aging purposes show that the best OVERALL (consistency, and no side effects uglyness) results usually come from moderate strength tretinoin creams, such as .05 percent tretinoin cream.

In a 1991 study, 79 percent of the people given .05 percent tretinoin cream experienced a reduction in fine wrinkling, mottled hyperpigmentation, skin roughness and laxity, as well as an “overall improvement in photodamaged skin” over the course of 24 weeks.

In the same study, people given a cream with a weaker .01 percent tretinoin content didn’t experience the same benefits, suggesting that the amount of tretinoin can have a major effect on results. However, it’s also worth noting that lower strength tretinoin creams usually produce fewer side effects.

For the most part, dermatologists tend to prescribe a .05 percent tretinoin cream for patients, which provides a good balance between optimal results and a tolerable level of dryness, peeling and other side effects.

Jfl no start on 0.025 and try to stay on it unless you need progress fast or have bad acne tbh

I've read that 0.025 is the same as 0.01 for general anti-aging purposes but it just takes longer so just start with lowest strength.

I think 0.025 is legit enough for your skin you are Just using for anti aging and collagen so maybe 0.05 max

0.025... and you can move to 0.05 after finishing a tube.
