.025 tbh. it kills subcutaneous fat, which might age you a lot more than it will make you look younger.

yes if i see carbs on the back i aint eating that shit
high protein aswell i dont really track fat i just eat whatever has no carbs high protein
sodium too i get bloated a little from beef jerkey even tho its high protein no carbs because so much sodium

0.025% untill 30. No need to go higher/hardcore. Unless acne or having horrible collagen ageing genes.
Also, use little amount. Just a small bean size for whole face and neck.

If get buscall fat loss, that you sould not have.
Start using, a serum with plumping fatcells essential oil. because there is not such thing as fatcells loss; just fatcells shrinkage. So if you can pump up the fatcells in face agin, than you are not longer suffering from that side effect of to much "fat loss' in face.

It's very personal side effect. Some have otherwise topuffy pace, so for them it's great. And for some, it's actually a minus when their face loses fat.

This woman, was the reason I knew defoo for sure I wanted to start RetinA asap. I'm on that stuff for over 1 year now, I think. those 2 tubes i bought, last me over 1 year.
Another reason was dr. Des Fernandes. That dude been on that shit since the 70's or 80's orso.
That dude is like 75 or more already here (in 2012 he was nearing 70 it said somewhere). He managed to battle the face skin really well I think. The neck skin have been less co-operative unfortunately.


They say you should not use retinA in neck. But fuck that. I am using that. The neck skin is very prone so becoming collagen reaped and saggy as well. Don't wanna end up with this.

I can relate. I had the same issue. of looking like a baby when I was younger and in my 20's. Even though I had no, or shit skin care routine. i always looked skin wise about 5 years orso younger than my actual age.
It sucked at 22, to look like an 17 year old. because women generally like/liked older women than themselfes. I beleive peak looks of a man are around late 20's - to early 30's. Dudes my age, also 22, that looked like 30, had more appeal i general I would say.
Now today. fast forward, I'm mid 30's. This dudes are legit game over, skin is very ugly wrinkled with themon top of things like baliding and/or fat. But mainly skin = fucked. gamve over.
Luckily muh skin is still good. Only started skin care first of life 1.5 years ago orso. But just in time. I get estimated age wise, later 20's at most. I'll be fighting now to keep my skin at levels of looking late 20's early 30's. It's not game over for me luckily. not yet.
