Retin-A while on accutane?

Yo

I'm currently on 40mg accutane (isotretinoin)

my prescription adapelene differin 0.1% is running out and costs like 80$

I dont want to spend another 80$ for that

My skin isnt dry from the accutane because i use hyaloric acid and moisturiser

Can I just order some retin A or would that be too intense for my skin

I want to use retin a after accutane to keep my clear skin, is it bad to start while im on accutane?

my doctor advised me to take differin while on acutane which leads me to believe retin a would be fine too. Has anyone tried this??

No tbh, but I wouldn't do it cuz the risk/reward isn't there.
Accutane already does everything retin A does, so using them together gives no benefit, you will just make your skin even more sensitive/dry
