Im on accutane but im stopping now because my eyes get dry and red, even with eye drops.
It really helped me with acne and now when i stop my oily skin will come back..

Can I switch over to RetinA? Will it work to prevent acne? Now when i already used accutane I guess i wont have the ”initial purging”.

My skin type is oily and sensitive. I get acne flareups really easy.

My planned skincare regim:
-Ketoconazol face before showering 3x a week
-mild cleanser and exfoliator every day
-RetinA maybe(?)
-Centella before bed to boost collagen and reduce irritation

and red light therapy but i dont know if it works?

SUPPLEMENT B5 FFS

“Ketoconazol face before showering 3x a week”

nigga you put shampoo on your face?

its antifungal and reduces skin DHT. Helped me a lot and several posters here recommend it.

retin a will work well for you. very effective in controlling acne

You wait a month after Accutane.
Then you start Retin A and you keep using it for the rest of your life with fkin SPF50 PA++++ sunscreen.thing

ps : for boosting collagene topically, there isn't anything better than tret (retin A) so other stuff may be worthless. Don't forget to moisturize.

I dunno where you live, but this is prescription only in many countries. So you go to the derm and ask for it.

What kind of problem you have???
If you have dry skin it means you lack fat-soluble vitamins or your skincare have little hydration

For God's sake, ask your dermatologist who went to Med School and not a PSL forum.
