You can buy tazarotene from other EU countries without problems. It is usally tolerated better than tretinoin, nor peeling and such. Can be drying though.Tazarotene Cream 0.05%

If that is also not possible for you somehow stick to the retinal for now. Make sure to adjust your skincare routine and wear SPF!
