Retinoid and skincare advice (EX-SKINCELS PLS GTFIH)

To keep it short, I've already been on adapalene, epiduo (benzoyl peroxide + adapalene) and now I'm on tretinoin. I've been consistent and tretinoin is being somewhat promising but I'm honestly so tired of my severe nodular acne consisting of mainly whiteheads and a whole array of other pimples that I just want to import isotretinoin and get it over with. Can anybody with past experience regarding tretinoin and isotretinoin give a verdict on whether it's worth it since summer is approaching and I'd effectively have be a vampire till I've finished the cumulative dose.

get on accutane if its badbad bro, tret is very good but it comes to a certain point where accutane is just needed. I havent been on accutane myself but seems like it rly bothers you and its more than just mild to moderate acne so I would just do a few months on accutane then get on tret again

thanks, do you recommend low or high dosing it (im buying it from indiamart because dermatologists here are the stingiest niggas ever but my liver test results are optimal)

yea I get you, my doctor offered me 100 eur for 1 tube of tret I wanted to slime him so I just imported it id prob just lowdose it, do you mind sending a pic of ur acne? you can dm me if ur insecure about it but id say lowdose unless its like very very bad.

alot of these will usually develop into whiteheads or turn into scars if they're cut during shaving (they're very uniform in terms of where they pop out and so they're all over my forehead, chin, nose etc)

yeah id get on accutane for 3-6 months its most likely caused by puberty if ur young, also get spf50++ if u dont have it already since like U said summer is coming
