Retinoid reshaping?

Can a retanoid like retinol or trentinoil be used in very select areas of the face i.e. above the outer edge of the eyes up to the eyebrows making the skin tighter in that one area leading somewhat to the ability to reshape your face? I feel like it makes sense that adding retinol to only that one area would overtime positively increasing your canthel tilt by maybe 1/2mm. Also, could you as a man use tape in a hidden way to increase canthel tilt? without coming off as Zesty or artistic?

no but you shouldnt use retinol until ur early-mid 20s
Use vitamin C serum instead as it has similar benefits
