It's over for skincels like me. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2783159/
Conclusion: Retinoids have been associated with male reproductive system dysfunctions in human and animal studies. Clinicians should be aware of the possibility of acitretin-induced erectile dysfunction.
The review found 215 international reports of erectile dysfunction where retinoids were used. There were also published cases of oral isotretinoin use leading to impotence. A review of the scientific literature showed that there were several animal studies which reported that retinoids may have an effect on the male sex organs (testes). One theory proposed in the scientific literature is that retinoids may have an effect on testes leading to a decrease in testosterone and a decrease in sexual function.
Even the topical use of something as mild as tretinoin can cause sexual dysfunction. That's brutal. If you have male pattern baldness or a shit skin, or have both, it's over for you. Treatments of these conditions can cause severe sexual dysfunction.

everything has a positive and negative effect. best off just being natural

Link the studies, very skeptical about topical use causing this

They are taking about oral

The most important question is, how can you avoid it being absorbed systemically? Almost every drug applied topical somehow goes systemic. Also if you use it on your entire face including the area near your mouth you may accidentally swallow some of the applied stuff.

Also most people apply retinA before sleeping. The cream will get on your pillow and also in your mouth.

You can’t Tret has a 1-8% systematic absorption rate.
