In case you wonder what RBP-4 is it is pretty much the amount of retinol circulating in your blood. Ever wonder why your liver turns yellow when it's fatty or your fat tissue is yellow? Because it is storing this toxic stuff. It's especially damning for those who eat liver. Even after 3 years of heavy restrictions you will still have high amounts of retinyl esters in your blood. I know this because my liver is actually STILL enlarged after 2 years of heavy vitamin A restriction.
