Retinol or accutane ?

Retinol is very mild barely anything Acutane is strongest and most effective thing you should take a middle if you don’t want acutane and tretinion or tazarotene

for mild acne retinol is fine but for anything serious accutane works better though it has worse sides try retinol first then escalate if needed.
