Retinol to retinal OR retinol to tretinoin?

I'm still in school so I don't think doing tretinoin would be a good idea but I've also heard it could make your skin like glass, retinal also works faster than retinol.

Js use low percentage tretinoin start at 0.025 couple times a week then increase the dosage. i startet at 0.1 2x a week go big or go home
