Research has shown that retinol increases the rate of hair growth by prolonging the anagen (growth) phase of the hair growth cycle, playing a role in converting vellus (A.K.A baby hairs) to terminal hairs, and acts in conjunction with other hair growth solutions to produce denser hair regrowth (2).

the only study this source provided was a 2012 study which supports theory that retinol reduces greasy hair, not once did it mention how it increases hair growth and reduces alopecia, whatever it said for ridding alopecia was a random theorised paragraph which had no source in itself

but ok bro squirt some retinoic acid in your scalp that’ll stop any genetic balding you have
