No point in being hateful towards any racial or ethnic group. Sure we can analyze patterns, but individuals shouldn't be responsible for the actions of the collective. Furthermore, just because a race or an ethnic group is better at certain things, doesn't mean that the other groups are inferior. We're human after all, and not a bunch of statistics. Being hateful is mentally draining anyways, given it causes you to be more neurotic about everyday occurrence.

I've also started to be more introspective and less narcissistic. No point in having your emotions dictated by where you stand in relation with other people.

I'm regretting all the years I spent online as an immature teenager, getting sucked into hateful and conspiratorial narratives. Maybe it was because I was always a bit neurodivergent, but that doesn't really excuse some of my statements I've made.

You may not see race but race sees you

I will have more affinity for my race, given that's human nature, but that doesn't give me the right to be hateful to other groups.
