I lip seal but unfortunately I have lip seal incompetence, so it stretches my lower lip up which makes my chin appear a bit worse while having lip seal. A solution to this according to something I saw was to stretch the philtrum, but I feel that would looksmin my proportions further.

Yes both my upper and lower teeth are proclined and I have a deep bite. I think palatal width expansion could help, but I don’t have a good way of expanding the mandible

hmm, i think youd already have retroclined lower incisors and good upper incisor proclination if you have a good chin, so idk if you should do this. perhaps just do what feels natural. unnaturally pushing your lips back when youve already got good teeth might cause excessive retroclination. im pushing with a slightly greater force, but maybe if you do it with a light force like mew suggests, should be good. if your mewing, i think this will help as a preventative measure against overbite or teeth tilting forwards, atleast thats what these great work niggas saying

I don’t have lip seal incompetence as before because of taping (recommend myotape) but having both tongue and lip suction at the same time is quite difficult, can’t control the tongue if I start to sick my lips a little.
My lips are good looking tho but I’m quite recessed, I would say that I’m one of the better looking of the recessed category (I have hollow cheeks)

nah i think ur misinterpreting it, its very easy to suction lips, when you do suction hold and create vacuum, you then suck your lips onto your teeth for lip seal, it should be almost unnoticable, sticking out your lips etc isnt the way, thats gonna overwork your obicularis and maybe make you philtrumcel idk

I cannot do this, I have duck like lips so I can not suction the lips back, they dont seem to be near teeth they although they do seal when I suck. Doesnt Sean o'Pry have duck lips and a prominent chin though, it looks like he isn't suctioning back his.
