My coach was telling about this apparently this is the main thing that is holding me back in some words I often use the retroflex consonants

I thought it was because Indians arenโ€™t used to speaking languages very dependant on tones.

That also. I need to emphasise certain syllables because english is not a monotonic language like most indian languages. I also do this
