Retrograde amnesia: Retrograde amnesia is the inability to remember past events or experiences. People with retrograde amnesia remember events today but may not remember memories that occurred before the event that caused the amnesia.
It usually happens after waking up from coma. Basically if you’re stuck with high inhibition that is impossible to change because of the personality that you have programmed yourself to follow, as a last resort we could try inducing very short coma of only a few days at the cost of your previous memories. Then the “cold sigma” personality previously adopted that actually just makes you seem autistic will be gone. This will probably only work if you’re not already neurodivergent and just very low confidence high inhibition. Then you can go talk to whoever you want without being in your head. It is like rebirth without changing anything besides mental.
