If someone raped you when you was a kid, if someone killed one of your family members, got you hurt to the point you were incapacitate, and you can use your imagination for the other stuff (obviously not talking about minor things) the only way to cure yourself is to get into a room with that person, to torture him and finish the job. the jail system is a joke, you live your 'life' and he will 'rot' in jail but he's still breathing, or even if they'll kill him, strangers who don't really care what happened did the deed for you, what kind of a joke is that? That, and only that, is a way to cure your soul. therapy, jail, coping - all cope. In history revenge was a normal thing. even in the bible revenge is literally everywhere. you don't just do harm to random people, that's a false in religion. but if someone did haram to you or about to do - free pass. even if you break some religious rules they would kill or hurt you, a form of revenge / punishment. It's only this days we letting people getting away with torturing your soul, killing you slowly but surely. there's no right or wrong, you either agree or brainwashed.
