Reverse date rape drug?

A date rape drug involves them blacking out so the rapist can action verb them with the victim not remembering.

Imagine a drug that makes them consent, they don't black out but they also don't remember it.

Is this immoral? But there's no objective morality? And I think it's a good business idea? Should I have posted this in #Moneymaking & success?
