Reverse downward growth with surgery.please help

I want to reverse my downward growth with surgery.i am thinking about it 24/7 for past 2 years pls help.i have goodcheekbones and dont have recession but am downward grown my gonian angle is 120 degree and i have tear trough and my jaw appear narrow in cbct my gonian is flared but irl my jw looks narrow.please help i would be gratefull if i could reverse my downward growth maybe 75-80% of it

U need a ccw bimax with full facial implants that replicate a forward grown skull, even then, your chances of lookin anything natural are slim to none because your nose and entire midface are already elongated and your cranium will be lacking forward growth.

The best u can do tbh is a ccw binax with implants for supras/infras,

Also depends alot on your pheno some shit can pass for some people

My skull is forward grown but my midface is moderately downward grown and lower third is narrow that is my main concern and i have tear trough

Sounds like that’s just your genetic facial features, the only thing you can do is get implants anyway, unless you wanna cope with filler, either way, it might be uncanny

if ur lower thirs is narrow get jaw angle implants and chin implants lol u dont need a hella expesnive invasive surgery for the tiniest amount of downward growrh
