Reverse lactose intolerance?

I have unlocked heterogenomic lactose intolerance a year or 2 ago. Is there a way to reverse the effects and be able to consume lactose products without a problem once again?

one mutated gene is responsible for this stupid thing i dont know if u have a perm solution for this
