Reverse mewing mogs actual mewing. Apply force on the bottom of your palate if you want a better jaw and chin. Increased chin height guaranteed, increase mandibular length guaranteed. A great fix to the Minecraft Steve syndrome that so many members on this forum have

Reverse mewing = pressing on the bottom of your mouth using ur toungue
