Reverse Orthodontic Retraction

Had my four wisdom teeth extracted and have developed TMJ clicking and other various issues over the following months. Most notably, my face has retracted over this time.

If anyone has been in a similar situation or has information regarding how I could go about reversing the effects of extractions please drop your knowledge below.

Have already started looking into bone grafts + implants to try and/or Bimax.

it's only the jaws, if you have shit orbitals they are gonna be shit after bimax unless implants or lf3 (you are not getting lf3)
