reverse pull face mask + rpe only works in children who still have responsive bones, and its for an orthodontic breathing/bite issue. if your bite is fine then your issue is cosmetic, go to a surgeon or a clinic not an orthodontic doctor

my problem is that i dont have the money to buy it for cosmetic reason.
if it would be a breathing problem etc. it would be paid by insurance

you either have a medical breathing problem or you dont. if you have a breathing problem, insurance will only cover the medically necessary procedures, not the ones that reliably improve your aesthetics. if you dont have a breathing problem, start saving up money for a cosmetic procedure that will directly address your aesthetic concerns.
