Been reverse sleeping for 6 months now and I’m not coping when I say my midface mogs my old one. For the low IQs, reverse sleeping = sleeping face down on a pillow with a cutout for nose/mouth so you can breathe. Your midface gets constant light pressure forward all night. Basically 8 hours of passive forward growthmaxxing.

This isn’t some cope-tier fairy tale. Light sustained forces remodel bone. That’s literally how orthodontics works. Danz et al. 2016 showed continuous light force increased maxillary skeletal width over 60 days (PROOF). Gu et al. 2002 used reverse headgear + expansion in Class III kids and saw forward gains retained years later (PROOF). Yes they were kids, but bone remodeling via the Regional Acceleratory Phenomenon (PROOF) is still active in adults.

After a few months I noticed:

  • Midface projection increase (nasolabial area pushed forward)
  • Less hollowness under eyes
  • Cheekbones slightly more defined
  • Wake up looking tighter, less bloated

You’re literally mogging your old bone structure in your sleep. Most of you will ignore this because it’s not surgerymaxx or implantmaxx, but I’m telling you, over months this could be extremely good.

How to do it:

  • Get a foam pillow with a deep cutout for breathing
  • Start with naps to adapt, then full nights
  • Keep your neck neutral to avoid injury
  • Combine with mewing for giga synergy

If you’re not reverse sleeping you’re just forfeiting free gains. Imagine your competition is gaining forward growth overnight while you’re pillowfacing yourself into recession-tier midface. Cope harder.

JFL @ thinking I need to post pics for validation on a forum. This isn’t Instagram, it’s bone theory. The studies are public, the mechanism is proven. Cope all you want but orthodontists have been forward-pulling maxillas for decades with light force, I’m just doing it while sleeping. You’re gonna LDAR with recessed midface because you think everything that isn’t instant surgerymaxx is cope. Keep pillowfacing yourself into subhuman tier while I slowmog you every night.

are you high?
Yeah I’m high… on forward growth and mogging my old skull. JFL @ thinking reverse sleeping is some druggie cope when it’s literally biomechanical. Light sustained force = bone remodeling, that’s orthodontics 101

This guy is trolling

mewing upside down gave me projected maxilla due to force of gravity, try it for 8 hours
