I was a dumbass as a kid, I had this weird habit of chewing the right side of my tongue constantly. (moving my jaw left in the process) I am 14 now and have really slight cranial torsion.
I am not hoping that I could get my face fully symmetrical, but could I at least make it better at all? Maybe with orthodontic appliences, even trying to repeat the same movement on the other side.
The middle lines of my upper any lower teeth aren’t aligned, my jaw is slightly pointed towards left, my left eye is very slightly up compared to my right eye, and I believe is more positively tilted. My right gonial angle is more obtuse. But none of this is really noticable to a person in front of me.
This may not be cranial torsion but whatever it is, I am pretty sure it was caused by this habit. As I was doing this very often.
As I said, maybe I could make it slightly better since I am still growing.
FUCK my past self, thanks.
