Reversing hair transplant

Let’s say I get a hair transplant and I don’t want to take finasteride, and my hair continues to fall out behind my transplanted area, and I run out of donor area for more transplants so I need to shave my head, could I take out the transplanted hair so my bald head would look normal? Or would I need to laser it or something
