I gained like 7kg from binge eating over 2 months, I was stuck in a spiral where the shame and anxiety perpetrated the cycle. Like it just constantly felt like it was completely over, and I thought there was something wrong with me. I went from being a minecraft skeleton to skinnyfat.

For 2 weeks I've eaten fully clean (basically just red meat, chicken, eggs, etc...), gone to the gym, probably lost a little bit of weight too. I know it's not much but I've been really disciplined, turns out I might actually be able to revert a lot of the autism that I caused. I'm only 19 so I still have a chance.
