Review of bow facepuller

I finished the last touches on my oral appliance up this morning, and have been wearing it for an hour and these are my comments on the facepuller itself

Pros- great neck and head mobility
Relatively Comfortable to sleep in

Cons
Made for smaller kids and had to use a lot of extra ways to get it to fit but you can manage (probably, I’m 5,8 so”

Forehead piece doesn’t apply force evenly throughout, used cotton balls to counter this

Mom and sister think I am severely autistic

For the oral mouth piece it works well, took many hours of tweaking but the finished product is great

The rubber bands irritate my lips but I think it’s just because they are already sore from when I was making it

It’s really hard to swallow in this, maybe I just haven’t found the correct way

Talking is possible but it’s really hard for someone to understand you

Overall it’s easily manageable and I highly recommend it; my ascension begins boyos

my tongue feels so weird and out of place since it just hangs there now since I can’t mew, jfl not mewing feels so unnatural now

update- just realized i had my headgear straps way too tight as i would put my facepuller on first and tighten it before my oral device and you can make the straps wayyy less tight when you have the oral appliance on first due to the rubber bands also pulling meaning that much less pressure goes to my forehead and my headaches are nearly gone

tldr- the bow facepuller actually causes minimal headaches, i just had the straps too tight across my head

holy fuck this is 40x more bearable

rubber bands no longer irritate my mouth like i said in original post, my mouth was just cut from making it not from the facepuller its self
