How do I know about the microplastics? Because whenever I drink anything from plastic, I produce tons of mucus right after consumption. Gotta spit out that mucus. I know it's from microplastics. It happens to me anytime I wear the Reviv Mouthguard.

Solution?

Stop wearing and see a reduction in mucus detoxing microplastics. Do Whole Body Breathing instead which is way slower and maybe not effective at all.

Wear/buy Myobrace instead, which is made from metal instead off plastic.
