its genuine cope i bought a mouth guard and actually found it pulling my upper teeth back as my mantible naturaly leans back as i sleep, and it promotes mouth breathing at night so even worse

Is that true? I heard it can help improve the mandible and even I'm even thinking about buying one. Should I buy it?
