Allow yourself a ~pleasuring session~ only after doing some gratifying stuff (working out, studying etc.) so when you're done, not only your ~reward session~ will be more enjoyable, without any stress, more satisfied of yourself but also the brain will associate the efforts you've made (studies, sports...) with intense pleasure and it will motivate you.
